Club Sport Members

While some clubs bridge the gap between intramural and varsity as competitive (intercollegiate) teams, others remain fully recreational (non-intercollegiate) and are open to all students. Our twenty-one (21) club sports programmes are entirely student-run and often include national trips, regional competitions, club events, fundraising activities, and almost always guarantee a close-knit community of friends and teammates.

While we applaud competition and student success both on and off campus, we ultimately recognise that participation in club sports provides students with irreplaceable opportunities for personal and professional development. We guarantee that Club Sports members will have the opportunity to participate in the areas of information acquisition, critical thinking, personal development, interpersonal skills, civic engagement, and practical skills. This engagement ensures not only a memorable and meaningful club sport experience, but also the development of skills needed by employers in virtually all areas. Club sport gets you involved, engages you, excites you, and even gets you a job.
